Maybe with all this effort to achieve cost recovery then non-core religious activities  for registered churches could be taxed to off-set $$s spent on Royal Commissions???
(oh dear what would that do the cost of out-sourced social spending???!!)

Anyway isn’t this differential pricing an act of double jepodary? Divorce is still a Damnable Act or do we need a full referendumb(sic) on that?
