The ISP I park my domain-name registrations with appears to be shifting from being a registrar to being a reseller for another registrar.

Apart from pricing, are there any other factors to consider?

__________

The incumbent ISP is moderate-to-high on pricing:
.com.au $39.95 for 2 yrs
.com $44.00 for 2 yrs
.org.au $39.95 for 2 yrs

NetRegistry, for example, is $24, $26+10 and $35
On a portfolio of any size, those differences matter.

DigitalPacific looks like $24.90, $29.80, $19.95
That's a bit more significant, and marginally more trustworthy?

OnlyDomains, according to this list the cheapest last Feb:
http://www.domainnameprices.com.au/
appears to actually be (USD?) 39.80, 24.40, 39.80
