Well that makes me feel a heap better :-/
So here's the structure:
They want some info from me.
They call me, leave a message, ask me to call back.
I call back, they hit me with recorded terms and conditions that frankly, they shouldn't even be asking, but that I have no ability to opt out of.
Do they fingerprint people at Centrelink as well these days?
