Service provision in rural and regional Australia often seems to fall
back on something called a "metro-comparable" service. The only
definition I can find for "metro-comparable" is from the old ABG: "... a
minimum 512 kilobits per second download and 128 kilobits per second
upload data speed, with three gigabytes per month data usage at a total
cost of $2500 GST inclusive over three years (including installation and
connection fees)."

Is this still current or has the definition been updated?
