I received two paper return forms, one addressed to my "official" postal address as notified to government departments, the utilities, et cetera by the Council just after I moved here, and one addressed to an access driveway for two of the nine villas on this community title.  (However the previous owner used both addresses, and the property title shows the access address.)  Neither the identification codes nor the barcodes match.

So it's probably unlikely the codes relate to the property as known to the Land Titles office because both addresses relate to the same property volume & folio number.

I'm in NSW and both forms had a return address in Dandenong South, 3164.
