I'm with you. The ACCC should take them on. I read recently in a search of Whirlpool during my quest that OPTUS has already been found in breach of something re the NBN by the ACCC around advertising, but I didn't bother to go read the details.

I'm surprised this backwards logic is still allowed. It's like the guy on the 730 story said -- $15 for up to 1 kg of meat -- that wouldn't be allowed. It could mean anything from 1gm to 1kg. It's ludicrous.

Minimum service level agreements are (used to be?) common for commercial provisions. It makes much more sense.
