Hi all,

For those who don't know, the NBN Interim Satellite Service (ISS) is to
be discontinued on 28 February. The satellite is nearing end-of-life and
that's when the contract ends. ISS customers are (were) to be given
priority for transfer to the Sky Muster Long-Term Satellite Service (LTSS).

A Kimberley-region user reports that their LTSS installation has been
postponed four times since November. It's now scheduled for the end of
March. A month without Internet (assuming the installation actually
happens then) is not good for business (or anything else) in this day
and age. Another user in the same area reports:
> As far as I know no one in the Kimberley in a remote area has received
> Skymuster. We are given an install date several months in advance only
> for it to be cancelled a day before; so in essence we are being lied
> to as the logistics to install Skymuster are simple not in place. In
> other words, the technicians and dishes to be installed aren't even
> here yet. NBN verbally admitted as much in December last year.
> Multiple customers who all want the new service in the same boat.
