I think the $1 billion is for upgrading the rail line to Abbott(!) 
Point, without which the mine will be even less economically viable. All 
this, while Turnbull is trying to give $50 billion in tax cuts to 
Liberal Partydonors in big business.

At the front of Parliament House in Canberra, there are high structures 
that I've always thought would make good lynching-points.Oh, for a 
chance to find out if I'm right! ;)
