That is essentially the same as the US position: Reciprocity

The Australian position is less clear. I expect it is being work-shopped 
at think-tanks across Canberra.

This week I went along to the impressive new Department of Foreign 
Affairs "Diplomatic Academy", for a presentation by the ANU National 
Security College on "The New Weapons: Propaganda, Misinformation and 
Fake News". This is also the title of an ANU short course starting next
