I heard recently that there are stingrays all around the White House 
with no indication of who was operating them, just that the impetus for 
them was Trump using his own unsecured phone because he knows best 
because he is the smartest and greatest and making America great again.

So, what has been done to not have stingrays intercepting communications 
here? Or are we sure that all calls between the 1000s of staffers in 
Canberra are all on secure devices?

Just thought I'd throw that out there....
