I wouldn't call cdnjs.cloudflare.com a tracker - it's a content delivery 
network for JavaScript libraries. It could be used to track you but 
that's not its main aim.

There's a Firefox add-on called Decentraleyes which has its own copies 
of common JS libraries which it substitutes when the site tries to load 
from the common JS CDNs. This means you avoid tracking and also 
potentially load sites faster.
