[LINK] Response by ICT community to COVID-19

I hate to be a cynic but: the centrelink system is working as designed.  It was designed to make it more difficult for poor and sick people to get government money.  And it has worked as intended.   If the government has changed its underlying policies  then it wouldn't be hard to make systems that worked for people rather than against them.
