[LINK] Provide Online Informed Consent for COVID-19 Vaccinations

ALL vaccinations go on a register. It's a legal requirement, at least 
for citizens. I don't know how they're managing non-Medicare people. No 
one has raised it. They can get vaccinated, but how are they documented?
