Hi Jan

On my visit to the GP for AZ I was asked if I wanted to go on the national
vaccination register. There was a box to tick. I could decline but agreed.
Then I decided to decline since it wasn't mandatory. The nurse then pointed
out there will be no record that I had been vaccinated so I agreed (based on
potential need in future for travel etc).
