No. The idea is to speed up vaccination by dealing with this complexity
online, when the person books. Once they have booked, on the day, staff
just have to check that the person who turns up is the one the booking
is for.

Yes, that is what governments are elected to do, make life and death
decisions for us.

No, I didn't think it was simple. But this is a level of complexity
which those designing information systems deal with.
