BitWarden is adding support for passkeys. There's an article and demo 
video here: https://bitwarden.com/blog/bitwarden-passkey-management/

These will be stored in your existing password vault, accessible from 
any device you can login to BitWarden on.

Hopefully it will be possible to export the secrets so that they can be 
imported into other implementations, though I don't expect Apple or 
Google to make it easy to export from them.
