Rausim birua malaria

Happy New Year.

In my inbox is an old email with the term 'RBM' or 'rausim birua malaria' a
WHO project in PNG for 2001. Is there anyone out there with a good grip of
the rash of new medical terms introduced by the Health Department to cope
with such things as HIV/AIDS, condom usage, hygiene ... ?

An extremely frank booklet on sexual experiences produced by IMR is very
instructive! Unfortunately I hesitate to communicate its contents over the
internet as web blockers might destroy my emails en route.
