[Nauty] installing nauty

It's hard for me to help as I'm sitting in a hotel room with a slow
modem connection. I think expr is in coreutils (which incorporates the
old shellutils) and cmp is in diffutils. Look in your directory gnu
to see if they are in there, otherwise fetch and install them.
If anyone else reading this can help, please do so.
