[Nauty] set the minimum degree of accuracy instead of setting a lower bound

Hello, everyone,

I know -d# can set a lower bound for the minimum degree. But can we set the minimum degree of accuracy instead of setting a lower bound? For example, I would like to obtain all connected graphs with  9 vertices and minimum degree  3. But geng 9 -c -d3 gives more graphs since graphs with minimum dgeree 4 or even more can be included.
