Dear Colleagues,

As part of a Fonds Pacifique project on water governance in Oceania, one of
our French colleagues, Dr Nils Ferrand, is coming to Australia to run a
one-day workshop on Tuesday June 9 at the ANU on a range of participatory
tools that can be used for natural resources planning/conflict
resolution/learning and other applications.

The tools are mostly low-tech/open source and can be adapted easily to
different issues and cultural contexts. Some have already been used in
water/environmental policy courses at the ANU and for water education and
outreach in Canberra linked to the Murray-Darling Basin.
