Dear PI members

Please find attached the minutes of the previous board meeting.  As you all know it was Chris Ballard's last meeting as co-convenor and we all thanked him for his enormous contribution to the Pacific Institute.  He will be greatly missed.  However, happily I can also announce that Professor Alan Rumsey volunteered to take over as co-convenor.
