Dear PI members

This is just to let you know that the PI will have its next board meeting on 22 July 9.30 - 11.00.  All members are welcome to attend, but please let me know ahead of time so I can ensure we have enough room, and also if there is anything else to put on the agenda.  You will notice that one item for discussion is a new co-convenor.  If anyone is interested in being on the Board or a co-convenor could you also please let me know?  My term will also finish at the end of this year so please think about that upcoming opportunity as well.

4. Subcommittee reports: education, prizes and grants, pub subsidy, activities, website
5. Discussion about rules around use of PI mailing list (what is its purpose and what guidelines are there for moderators?)
6. Chris Ballard's successor as co-convenor.
6. Dean Veronica Taylor attends for a future focussed dialogue about the role of Pacific studies in CAP and the Pacific Institute's role.
