[ANU Pacific.Institute] Pacific Adviser role at the Norwegian Embassy in Canberra

Dear ANU Pacific Institute,
The Norwegian Embassy in Canberra has a newly created 12 month local position for a Pacific Region Advisor. It may be of interest to students or the alumni network of the ANU College of Asia & the Pacific.
The incumbent will part of the team focusing especially on Norway's relations to the Pacific region and the Pacific states. The role primarily entails following developments in the region, writing informal reports on current issues and more topical briefing-notes, developing and maintaining a Pacific calendar of regional meetings, keeping updated on activities within the regional organisations, and organising visits for the Embassy and visiting delegations.
