Thank you

Dear Friends,

A call for projects is launched by the Permanent Secretariat for the Pacific,
for funding from the "Fund for Economic, Social and Cultural Cooperation for
the Pacific", or "Pacific Fund".
Deadline: 31 December 2025

Projects submitted must :
- Associate at least one of the three French territories in the Pacific (New
Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna) in a partnership with an
independent Pacific State.
- Include mandatory co-financing : the Pacific Fund contribution must not
exceed 50% of the total project cost.

Priority will be given to projects that are likely to have a lasting, concrete
and perceptible impact for the beneficiary populations.
Applications for the organisation of symposium or conferences for which the
required grant is to finance travel expenses will not be prioritized.
The eligible themes for 2026 are those related to sport, as a vector of
cooperation and exchanges between Pacific territories and States, the
development of the audiovisual sector and promotion of the Francophonie. More
broadly those related to the “Strategic Plan 2022-2031” of the Pacific
Community and the “2050 for the Pacific Blue Continent” strategy of the
Pacific Islands Forum, in particular : climate resilience, food security,
sustainable economy, public health, protection of natural resources,
connectivity and social development.
Finally, a cross-cutting priority objective will aim to enhance the commitment
of young people from French Pacific territories in the region, which can in
particular rely on the deployment of international solidarity volunteers.
