[ANU Sailing Club] sailing and repair opportunities - catermarans

Hi All,

after many requests re learning to sail the cats (and with only a  
short window left before winter!),  we'd call upon  interested  
members to assist this Thursday night  (6th May) at 6.30pm with some  
cat work.

What needs doing?

White 14'  Hobie Cat needs sanding and rudder repair.

What do members get out of it?

Learning repair and boat tuning skills.
First  opportunities for sailing and training on the cats before  
winter and on spring course.
Free sausages for dinner and beer!

What will be provided?

Weather permitting, we will run rigging and sailing this Sunday  
afternoon and the following Sunday.

In Spring, helpers can get first access to a new training course on  
cats with extensive operating and race training on the cats with  
experienced trainers (costs TBA).
