Hi everyone,
Here is a plan for this Saturday.
I'll open the shed from 11.00.
I propose that we have a few social races from 12.00 to 14.00 if the
conditions are ok and then we'll proceed with the Bee. We'll make a
brake for a BBQ at one point.
Agenda for the Bee,
1. Cleaning change rooms, kitchen, sweeping shed's floor.
2. Fixing toilets.
3. Putting more hangers in both male and female change rooms.
Boat maintenance
I'll prepare 4 lasers for the race: Race I, Race II, Clementine and Dundee.
I need a hand to adjust rubber centerboard stoppers (has to be done on
water before the races), replace bailers, put a new budget racing
outhaul and downhaul systems on Clementine, check the rig and sail
numbers. It would be better if people participating in the Regatta do
a check on the boats they're going to take.
If you are participating in the Regatta please find time this Saturday
to check the vessel you're going to take. Don't leave it till the next
week, I might need time to get necessary parts and I won't have time
on the Regatta weekend to deal with the boats.
