Signposts for Australian Agriculture is a partnership between
Research and Development Corporations, Governments and the National

reliable directions to government and industry policy makers to:
demonstrate and communicate industry performance
identify challenges and opportunities
better target policy interventions, research and development and data
collection.

The Grains Industry Profile, launched in April this year at Grains
Week in Canberra, is the first major demonstration product of the
Signposts project and can be accessed at
<http://www.brs.gov.au/signposts-grains>www.brs.gov.au/signposts-grains

In this seminar we will discuss its significance from the
perspectives of industry, policy and research.
