[Sres-postdocs] Finance staff arrangement changes fyi

Dear SRES colleagues

Mark continues to recuperate well, and expects to return to work on 
17 March for a few weeks, before taking leave that was planned some 
time ago. He and I have agreed with the Faculty Office that he will 
be based there for this interim period, as part of a recovery 
strategy developed with the OHS Unit.

During this interim period, Georgia Foster, whom many of you will 
know and who is the FoS Finance Officer responsible for SRES, will 
work in SRES 9am - 12noon; we hope that these interim arrangements, 
which also depend on Cathy's assistance,  will maintain core finance 
functions whilst we develop a longer term plan. Cathy has advised 
that she is willing to extend her hours to help us, and I thank her 
for that.

Whilst I'm writing to you all, I'd like to reiterate publicly my 
commendation already relayed privately to our first aid-qualified 
staff who attended to Mark - Clive, Debbie, & Mauro - for their 
exceptionally professional and competent response, which ensured Mark 
received prompt and appropriate treatment.
