attachments

Dear list members,

This is just a quick reminder that attachments of any sort are not to be 
sent to the list. The large number of subscribers means that the amount of 
data to be re-mailed is huge. Additionally, not everybody will want the 
attachment and it is a quick way to spread viruses. Where necessary, 
documents/images can be made available for downloading from the web site.
