Where is Stuart Boucher?

Folks,

I am trying to contact Stuart Boucher who wrote a very nice book on tunnel 
erosion. He was at Monash in the mid 1990s, but I don't have a current 
address. The reason for trying to contact him is to forward to him a 
request to write a piece on tunnel erosion for an international publisher.
