Folks,

Many thanks for the suggestions on locating Stuart. I have now talked with 
him on the phone, and he is pleased that I called him with news of the 
request to contribute an article on tunnel erosion for a planned 
Encyclopedia on Geomorphology. Given his background, and his PhD research, 
he is an obvious  choice for an author. Far better than me! I have only 
written a short paper on a very special case of tunnel erosion in gypsum.
