Dear All,

This is a notice for an Internantional Conference on Tropical Savannas and 
Seasonally Dry
Forests that will be held at the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh, UK, from 
14th - 20th September 2003. There is going to be a session on Palaoecology 
and Environmental Change which is being organised by Sarah Metcalfe, David 
Taylor, Rob Marchant and Henry Hoogheimstra. They are particularly 
interested in papers dealing with Austral-Asia generally. For detail you
