In conjunction with the major exhibition at the National Library of
Australia "Treasures from the World's Great Libraries" which continues
to 24 February there are free Spotlight Talks on aspects of the
exhibition, including by Australian National University scholars on
some of the rare exhibits from Asian libraries.

Dr Ian Proudfoot will talk about the Hikayat Abdullah lent by the National
Library Board of Singapore. This will be on Friday 15 February at 12.30 pm
in the Theatre.
