Dear all,  

There are 2 blind children, they are sisters in a H'Mong family of 5, living with their mother in a temporary shelter. The girls are blind since birth and were brought to the Eye Hospital in HN to test for operation but the doctors said that there was only 1% of success. The girls can hardly speaks H'Mong language, not to mention Kinh. They are at the age of 8 and 10. They can't go to local school because nobody can carry them everyday and also they already pass the first grade age.
