[LINK] reporting potential illegal activity on the internet

I tend to report stuff like that to AUSCERT first.

I tried reporting a phish to the commonwealth bank once, very  
difficult to find an email address on their site, perhaps they don't  
want to get spam?  When I finally filled in on of those stupid web  
forms, I got all these emails back about how to protect myself from  
phishing as a Commonwealth bank customer which I had told them I wasn't.

Don't the AFP have a high-tech crime unit?
