I was trying to find out when different categories of people 
(Landowners, Women, Aboriginals, Permanent Residents, Citizens...) in 
Australia got to vote. but found the following enroute

though on the issue of state importance, there was some discussion of 
this with Fran Kelly on RN this morning.
