Most of the time, but sometimes there is more juicy stuff on there as the
Telstra operative tries to determine the caller's needs but panic on the
caller's part or an ongoing "situation" prevent "communication" from
progressing.

My information is ancedotal. You'll need to contact the call centre that
handled the call, if they will talk to you about it.
