These guys aren't loners, nor are they trivial. They are extremely well
organised.

Eric Dezenhall is partner with Nick Nichols in the 30-person "crisis
communications" firm Nichols-Densenhall Communictions Management Group in
Washington

This is a company "that unabashedly hires private detectives to smoke out
his clients critics." His recommendation is always to go on the offensive,
and he has built up a reputation from taking on the US networked 20/20 show
and 60 Minutes whenever they try to expose some faulty product.

His tactics are extraordinary, and reputedly he charges $450 per hour. So
someone with deep pockts feels threatened if they hire him.

His company works by being retained by many large companies like RJR
Nabisco, and being on hand whenever a problem arises - mainly product
liability work.
