I get these all the time. In fact this scam was the one that sent me 
on the wild goose chase through ACMA, AFP, and a few other acronyms 
to report it as money laundering. No one wanted to know about it. I 
did eventually get someone who responded with the name of this 
particular scam, but they still didn't want to know about it. I gave 
up and just hit the delete key.
