These are obviously known people who most likely have consented,
right? So why change the entire thing to impose on the population on
Sundays? Are the other 6 days of the week enough? Frankly, this
change is silly.
I can't wait until someone calls me after tomorrow. The challenge is
going to be getting the identification in an intelligible manner so I
can file the complaint. The call I had this afternoon was by someone
from a mobile phone company whose accent was so strongly Chinese I
couldn't understand a word she said except 'how are you today' and
'mobile phone'. I hung up.
I heard a funny strategy on talk back this morning. Cuss up a storm,
then apologize with the excuse you have tourette's syndrome. That is
of course if the caller hasn't hung up on you first.
