Was it this? (back in May 2007)

It's a pet hobby horse of mine since the term 'knowledge manager'
started appearing in the lexicon of the workplace. Seen as a step
beyond 'information manager', it really had little value at all back
then (or indeed now), since the person in that position was only
responsible for the management of information, and not knowledge.

My cynical response to this - and it didn't go down to well in the
sector in which I then worked - was published in a monthly magazine
(and their website search engine has changed since I left, so I can't
find it).

In this article, I postulated the next logical step: that of the
title of 'Wisdom Manager', which will undoubtedly come into existence
when we have too many Knowledge Managers. At that time, everyone will
be an Information Manager anyway, so new descriptors will be needed.
The grand poobah will, of course, be the Chief Wisdom Officer, and
she will indeed know that the answer is 42, and will be God.
