For some years now, the appropriate management jargon term has been "human
capital" rather than "human resources", because "capital" is something that
implies an investment, whereas a "resource" is something you exploit.

However the Sydney Opera House now has a "Director, People & Culture".

What comes after THAT, I wonder...?
