I think this 'product' is to be a friendly front-end to AUSCERT, one 
which joe-sixpack can comprehend.

Rather than 10 screens of information cming through on a specific 
vulnerability, ,the message might be like this:

A new problem has been found with your computer. Please click here to 
run the update for your system.

...and remember kids, never click on a link in an unsolicited email. 
It could link to anything!

If they can come up with a decent way of implementing it, it could be 
very worthwhile.
