I agree here, Karl - the AUSCERT experience is good for people who  
know what they are doing and are seeking help - or for those who know  
how to read the tea-leaves.

Even the name of the organisation might be a worry to mug users. The  
first question that they'll ask is 'What's the 'cert' bit all about?'

Perhaps a rebranding and repurposing exercise might help. Rather than  
being totally cynical about this, I see this as a good opportunity for  
AUSCERT to extend its reach.
