My own contact form/subscribe to an alert facilities have had an ongoing
questionaire/survey ever since I set up my website in 1997. In the case of
websites, all feedback at anytime is more valuable than solicited feedback.
Though, I have been managing online systems and first created an
online inhouse survey circa 1990 - imagine if a software vendor said you have
30 days to comment on our software!

I have been advised that there are no longer compulsory questions and
emailed a document on how to access the budget detail :-(
