[LINK] Interactive CBT programmer required!

Have googled and googled - and cannot locate anyone that can help..

We need a programmer/designer who can develop an interactive CD/DVD to 
teach people how to use the digital asset management software 
application Cumulus that we distribute.

We had one developed 3-4 years ago in the UK - the company is no longer 
doing such work and we would like a local firm to do an update or create 
a new version if possible.
The existing one is built in HTML with Flash video sequences.

Does anyone on Link know of anyone who could build such a beastie?

I can send the old one plus a demo CD of the new software to anyone who 
can help...
