Well perhaps that is the difference...Obama is not talking quick fix he is
talking structural change for a sustainable future.

This means, for example, better house design...what really erks me about the
banking disaster is that the mortgages were for loans of environmentally
disastrous MacMansions, how many of which comply with good design? Ironically,
the good design was considered "too expensive" and in NSW crushed Basix
