Possible in theory, but apparently not the case.
Since the list was leaked on 19 Mar, instructions have been posted on one
or more websites concerning how to extract the list from a particular one
of the "IIA Family Friendly Filters" (ACMA provides their list to such
filter makers) - procedure requires use of hex editor, etc. Several people
subsequently reported on the whirlpool forum that they followed the
instructions and the result was extraction of a list identical to the first
one published by wikileaks. (That was reported before yesterday when
wikileaks published the 2nd and 3rd more recent versions of the list).
