Ok so remove "user added" and the rest stands.  So apparently the 
list is provided by a Filter Software vendor - and it's obviously got 
a few more things in it than ACMA provides - that's expected, give 
the Software manufacturer might have other sources of data input.

Fair enough.

But at the end of the day, when does the user get to choose :)

(Yes I know, they can turn the software off, for now.)
