Actually, picking up on the Heat Wave, I think another area which we also need
effective communication is for health issues. During the heat wave, there was lots
of suggestions about Air Conditioning and very little about Dehydration and the
need to drink more plain water - not alcohol, coffee, soft drinks, even in air 
conditioned environments.
